A Russian Wedding in a very English Castle

McBaile provided catering and event management for Anthony and Yulia Beck at the weekend. They managed to fend off the poor weather and the sun shone as the couple said their vows on the steps of the beautiful Walton Castle in Clevedon.

The wedding was elegantly themed with rich red apples highlighted against a sophisticated backdrop of black table linen and furniture. A touch of silver on the crockery added to the overall distinction of the wedding theme.

McBaile chefs provided a selection of quality cured meats along with cheeses brought in from Russia. This was followed by a succulent lamb spit roast served to guests with a selection of fresh seasonal salads.

Traditional toasts of true Russian vodka, kept ice cold on tables and served to guests in shot glasses, provided a warm glow on a typically cool July evening in England!
