Description McBaile Exclusive brought some South African sunshine to Bristol for the spectacular wedding of Simon & Charlie. Striking Bristol venue Circomedia played host to the vivid black and red decorated wedding, for which McBaile supplied the catering. Guests arrived and were welcomed in to the cathedral with cocktails and a selection of warming canapés. Mr & Mrs Lowthian entered through a cloud of smoke, provided by a smoke machine of course, before watching an aerial performance by one of Circomedia’s talented performers. Following a distinct ‘Rock & Roll’ theme, guests sat at tables named after rock songs such as ‘nothing else matters’ by Metallica before tucking in to an opulent buffet. Then, with the live band ready to go and a vibrant Bride & Groom ready to initiate an evening of dancing, desserts were promptly served with the colourful rainbow wedding cake by our attentive and professional staff. |

The organisers said we had one of the best stands there….thats just blown me away. So I just want to say thank you very much for all the hard work you all put in, we got a lot of interest on both days, lots of press came round and now its a case of following up leads. McBaile – The macaroons were a huge hit, the organisers were really pleased with them and that cute tin was a great giveaway. The tower was really fun and eye catching…most of all the pimms jelly seemed to be grabbing everyones attention!! Deffo need to push them, people loved it.

Firstly I must say a massive thank you to you and the McBaile team. I know we talked late and that numbers where ever changing, however you guys really hit the spot. My general experience of caterers working in a green field has been that you get nothing but complaints and issues to deal with. This simply was not the case with you and your team. The feed back I have had has been nothing short of ‘excellent’, and that’s really important to the Fiesta and its members, The 100 Club. So, unless something unforeseen happens, and subject to my clients approval, I see no reason why we can’t start planning for next year. Please thank you and the entire team – you were simply SUPERB. Event PortfolioLangford Live
Last weekend (9 – 10 September 2011) the prestigious Langford Court just outside of Bristol transformed into a boutique music festival in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust. For the weekend, Lady Paula Wills bravely opened their private residence, Langford Court to the public to create Langford Live. The festival took shape in two parts, on Friday 9 September guests attended a black tie Opera evening and on Saturday 10 September a mini rock music festival took place.
Over £70,000 was raised over the weekend from ticket sales, raffles, auctions and donations. Over 300 guests attended the Night at the Opera event, enjoying a lavish three course meal while being entertained by the London Festival Opera. Simon Fowler and Steve Cradock from Ocean Colour Scene performed an exclusive acoustic set to headline Saturday’s festival and were supported by other artists including The Union, premier tribute band to The Who, The Whodlums, The Wild Mercury Sound, Mighty Rufus and Dr Jazz.
“We’re absolutely delighted that the event was such a success and raised as much as it did for the Teenage Cancer Trust South West Appeal. The support we received from guests and the national and local businesses that helped to make this event happen really was incredible. It couldn’t have happened without them.” Lady Wills, patron of Teenage Cancer Trust in the South West
